CTN’s Diagnostic and Medical Consultation Services (DMCS) provides diagnostic assessments and medical consultation for kids, youth and their families experiencing complex developmental, medical and/or behavioural concerns.
Consultation in the following clinics is provided by pediatricians and health professionals as needed:
Diagnostic Autism Clinical Services (DACS)
Developmental Medical Clinic
Medical Behavioural Clinic
Neuromotor Clinic
Spasticity Management Clinic
Kids and youth must be referred to by their pediatrician. Please check your eligibility for each service, by clicking on the links above. Please complete the online Physician Referral form, or to send your referral via fax, use this form.
