What We Do

Developmental Medical Clinic (formerly Complex Medical Consultation) is a service that sees kids and youth with developmental concerns in addition to complex medical conditions for consultation including discussion of medical issues, physical functioning, developmental monitoring, community and school supports and services as well as a comprehensive physical examination.

Eligibility

Developmental Medical Clinic is for kids and youth with developmental concerns in addition to complex medical conditions.

Referrals

Kids and youth must be referred by their pediatrician. For physician referral form, click here.
