Developmental Medical Clinic serves kids and youth with developmental concerns, in addition to complex medical conditions.

What We Do

Developmental Medical Clinic consultation includes:

discussion of medical issues and physical functioning
developmental monitoring
community and school supports/services
comprehensive physical examination

Eligibility

Developmental Medical Clinic services are available to kids and youth:

Up until the age of 18 with developmental concerns and complex medical conditions.
That live in Simcoe County or York Region.

Referrals

Kids and youth must be referred by their pediatrician. Complete the online Physician Referral form, or to send your referral via fax, use this form.
