CTN is introducing a new Automated Reminders System to ensure that families stay informed about their upcoming clinic appointments. This new system highlights CTN's commitment to innovation and reflects our dedication to enhancing communication and engagement with our families. The pilot program will commence on April 3 and run for approximately six weeks. During this period, reminders will be sent via SMS (text), email, or voicemail for appointments at our York Region’s Spasticity Management Clinic and Seating and Mobility Clinic. Following the pilot phase, the Automatic Reminder System will be expanded to include other York Region clinic services. With the introduction of this new automated reminders system, families can now benefit from technology that can help them stay organized and informed about their appointments. To enroll for automated reminders, while booking the next appointment, the CTN Team assistant will ask for the consent.
Reminders will be sent five days and one day before your scheduled appointment.
The automated reminders will be sent via email, phone, or voicemail, depending on the contact method you have chosen. Please note, one contact person per client can enroll for this service.
