Children’s Treatment Network (CTN) has implemented a new phone system to enhance its service experience by making it easier to connect to a CTN department or team member by using one number.  
 
How to reach CTN:

• Use the CTN main number (1-866-377-0286) to phone CTN.
• To connect to a CTN employee directly, enter their new extension number or follow the prompts to reach a specific department or team.  
• All CTN employees will have new extension numbers.  
• CTN’s main phone number and fax numbers will remain the same.
• Email info@ctnsy.ca if you have any difficulty connecting with CTN.
