Approximately 22% of Canadians identify as having a disability. That amounts to more than 6 million Canadians. CTN is proud to announce that it has joined the Dear Everybody movement. What is Dear Everybody? It is a national movement launched by Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in an effort to eliminate bias and stigma towards disability by creating authentic representation of people with disabilities in advertising and the media. Where a picture says a thousand words, in advertising that picture should represent the whole of society and when it comes to disability, representation is key. In support of CTN’s mission, vision and values, we will continue to represent our clients, families and those with disabilities and developmental needs in the imagery we use and in the stories we tell.
