Last night, Children’s Treatment Network (CTN) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), ‘Better Together’ virtually and in person and it was a great success. The Honourable Michael Parsa, Minister of Children, Community and Social Services, joined us at the event and shared kind remarks about CTN. Former CTN client and advocate, Nathan Gaba shared his journey toward self-acceptance, overcoming internalized ableism and combating misconceptions affecting people living with disabilities. Hear more about Nathan’s Story. Families and kids at the event headed over to CTN’s craft table to make “fluid bears”, a popular and unique art activity they got to take home. CTN also released the 2022-2023 Annual Report and the year-in-review video at the AGM, which demonstrates the positive impact CTN has had on the kids, youth and families we serve. Thank you to everyone who joined us virtually and in person at this year’s AGM. Check out some photos from the event.
