Who should attend?
When we enroll our children in social skill groups, school, and various community programs, we want to ensure they have the pre-requisite skills they need in order to be able to learn in these environments. We want them to benefit from what is being taught and these experiences. There are so many skills that a child needs to possess before learning can take place in a group setting. These are skills that are not always explicitly taught and they differ from those of a 1:1 setting. Event Details: Wednesday February 28, 2024 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Register for this event here.
In this session we talk about those pre-requisite readiness skills, what they are, why they are important and how you can work on teaching these skills at home.
