This workshop series is free but you must pre-register. There is limited capacity. After you
register Mathias Castaldo will contact you to answer any questions, confirm your eligibility*
and obtain your consent to participate.

Most workshops are interactive. They include a mix of information (presentation style),
discussion, activities and an opportunity to ask questions. We engage Youth Mentors to share
their lived experiences.We designed these workshops for students. We welcome parents to participate too.
Boomerang Health - Virtual Social Skills & Self-Regulation Group - Online
Social Skills & Self-Regulation Group is aimed at children in grades four and five who could benefit from support with their social skills and self-regulation. Participants will learn core concepts from the well-established Social Thinking® and Zones of Regulation® programs.

Do you want to learn how to stay organized? Do you want to become more independent with your time management, organization, motivation and problem solving when it comes to your school work? You will leave this group with helpful ideas to use when studying or completing your homework.
