Muscular Dystrophy Canada (MDC) is excited to announce an engaging conference that will serve as an opportunity to connect, network and learn. Co-chaired by two adults living with spinal muscular atrophy, this one-day virtual conference will focus on making the transition from pediatric to adult care health care and community settings. The focus will be to primarily cover the transition to adulthood and adult experiences with healthcare systems and in the community. 7 week group to work on exposure to different foods, using Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding.
