Join Children’s Treatment Network (CTN), Early Intervention Services (EIS) and Child Development Programs (CDP) for this important workshop about the journey to school.

Hear important information and tips from providers and parents about:

  • Celebrating the Journey to School
  • Creating the plan to support your child's transition
  • Getting ready for school – prepare and practice (tips, tricks and resources)
  • Building partnerships with school team
  • Tools to help share information about your child (F Words)
