Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers|Youth
Teen Boxing & Wellness Class Teenagers are invited to come learn about self-care, wellness exercises and participate in a boxing class. No experience needed but you can bring your own gloves and pads if you have them. Teens will be supported by 3 boxing coaches but parents are required to remain on site during the program.
