Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers|Children|Youth
Drop-in Single Session Counselling Get immediate help with an issue related to your mental health. Our drop-in Single Session Counselling offers you one-on-one support so you can build a plan to work through one of the following concerns: • coping with a specific mental health challenge, • caregiver challenges, • housing, • addictions, • education, • access to community services, or • other concern you may be dealing with. Counsellors will concentrate on helping you build a plan for one or two concerns within the session. Details Every Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. York Support Services Network, 240 Edward St., Unit 3, Aurora Who should attend? Anyone in the York Region and South Simcoe areas who needs help getting through a mental health issue. No formal diagnosis required. No registration required!
