Please contact info@ctnsy.ca with any questions. -- February 20, 2024 - Some organizations are reporting that they are unable to send a fax to Children’s Treatment Network of Simcoe-York (CTN). This issue is currently only affecting incoming faxes from a few organizations. When faxing CTN, if you receive a report that the fax failed, please try again. If you still cannot send a successful fax, email us at info@ctnsy.ca and a member of our team can promptly provide a secure link to send private or sensitive information.
