Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Discussion topics include: building independent living skills, exploring future pathways, and navigating adult services in Ontario. As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will be able to: - Describe major transitions that take place from adolescence into young adulthood - Define goal planning and using a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound approach) - List the steps in making a transition plan Exploring the Pathways Beyond the Teen Years will be delivered virtually via Zoom.
