Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers|Youth
Transitioning Together is an eight-week online program to help teenagers with ASD, and their parent(s), plan their future after secondary school. This program teaches skills to improve the transition from youth services and supports to the adult service sector across all levels of functioning such as goal setting, problem solving, transition planning and self-advocacy. King City - Adapted Gymnastics (Pulsars Gymnastics Partnership) - York
Adapted Gymnastics is a class for just adaptive athletes who have a broad spectrum of disabilities and severities. They will be partnered with a 2:1 coach.
Kerry's Place (FFS) - Master Minds: Homework Strategies (11-13) - Online
This FFS helps youth aged 11-13 become more independent by providing homework and school strategies.
