YSSN Resource Days- One-on-One Meetings- Aurora

About event:

Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers

The meetings are 60 to 90 minutes in length with case managers who can assist families with:

Application forms for ODSP, SSAH, Mobility transit
Navigating and understanding the developmental services system
Locating and accessing appropriate resources
Information and resources for transition to adult services

Thursday, August 30th- 11am-7pm
Thursday, September 27th- 9am-5pm
Thursday, October 18th- 11am-7pm
Thursday, November 29th- 9am-5pm
Thursday, December 20th- 11am-7pm

Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
