Transitions can be most difficult for many, and whether a change is expected or not, transitions can create growing anxiety. Through this workshop, participants will gain a deeper understanding of “why” transitions can be difficult and become familiar with strategies and supports to assist with transitioning back in to school. Visual strategies to support transitions will also be shared. Join us for this informative session to help prime and prepare your child for these upcoming changes.
