Speaker: Dr. Yona Lunsky, Ph. D., C. Psych., - Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Dr. Yona Lunsky, Ph. D., C. Psych., is a Clinician-Scientist in Adult Neurodevelopmental Services and Director of the Health Care Access Research and Developmental Disabilities (H-CARDD) Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She is Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and Adjunct Scientist at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES). She earned her PhD in clinical psychology from The Ohio State University, and trained at the Nisonger Center UCEDD there prior to joining the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Lunsky has focused her research on the mental health needs of individuals with developmental disabilities including autism, and their families for over twenty years and has published more than 150 research articles.
