Your credit card will not be charged, or your cheque cashed, until after your player has completed the first session. Parents/guardians are required to attend the first session only. For the remaining sessions, you may drop the player off and return at the end of the session to meet them. Generally Alana will have a short 'wrap-up' chat at the end of the session to bring you up-to-date.
Social Improv™ For Teens classes take place once a week. Class sizes are 10 – 12 players maximum, supported by three Player Mentors. Our Mentors are trained in Social Improv™ to coach Players using supportive feedback and encouragement. Alana Shields Barker (The Second City, Toronto; George Brown Theatre School; Tarragon Theatre; Studio 58) leads the classes. Players finish the workshop cycle with a get-together on site. New registrants will be contacted prior to the start of the session in order to assess their ability to fully participate in and learn from the group.
