A continuation of the Active Start program, for athletes ages 7 to 12 with intellectual disabilities. The program promotes specific sport education, proper nutrition and social inclusion. Participants will develop physical literacy skills, improve fundamental motor skills and participate in a more structured physical activity program. Please note that parents/guardians are welcome to stay and participate in the program. A parent/guardian is required to remain on site during the program.
