At CTN, we imagine a vibrant community where all kids, youth and families belong. Together with our service partners and families, we support kids and youth with disabilities and developmental needs across York Region, Simcoe County and through School-Based Rehabilitation Services in Central and West Toronto. Services include intake, service navigation, coordinated service planning, diagnostic assessments and autism services. We provide specialized clinics and rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech language therapy.
