Through the Community and Family Participation Program (CFPP), Community and Family Coordinators (CFCs) create welcoming accessible opportunities for kids, youth and their families to fully participate in their communities across Simcoe County and York Region. The 2025 year in review video from the CFPP showcases families, kids and youth coming together to learn, play and connect. Through shared experiences, inclusive activities and meaningful relationships, families are supported to build confidence, skills and a sense of belonging. Thank you to CTN’s service providers, community partners and volunteers who helped make these events possible.
