In June 2025, CTN will transition to a new Shared Client Record platform.

Children's Treatment Network (CTN) delivers programs and services to kids and youth with disabilities and developmental needs and their families through a network model that includes Service Provider Organizations (SPOs) from health, community and education sectors. Our Shared Client Record (SCR) has been the foundation of our approach to integrating care for children and youth for many years, supporting collaboration across service providers.

In June 2025, Children’s Treatment Network (CTN) will transition to a new Shared Client Record platform. The new platform will enable us to integrate  School-Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) into our Shared Client Record. This enhancement will allow CTN school-based rehabilitation clinicians to collaborate more effectively with other CTN providers, supporting a seamless care experience.

No action is required from families and there is no change for families who access other CTN services.

CTN remains fully committed to protecting clients’ and families’ privacy and managing personal health information in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Only authorized individuals who are directly involved in a child’s services or supporting a child’s services will have access to the child’s health record. Personal health information and personal information is used only for the purpose of providing care, and/or assisting with the provision of care and is kept secure at all times.

If you have any questions about this change or how CTN handles personal health information, please contact the CTN Privacy team at privacy@ctnsy.ca by phone at 1-866 377-0286 ext. 2870.
