For many youth with disabilities and developmental needs and their families, the transition to adulthood can seem frustrating and overwhelming. That’s why CTN’s next Family Engagement Forum (FEF) will feature an engaging panel discussion on the transition to adulthood. The panel will feature two CTN alumni and a parent, who will share tips and advice on everything from navigating adult care systems to relationships and life skills. The discussion will take place virtually over Zoom on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Attendees will also have the chance to ask any questions they may have about this significant life transition. If you are interested in attending, you can register here. Please feel free to connect with CTN if you have any questions by emailing ctnfamilyengagement@ctnsy.ca. We hope you can attend, as it is sure to be a great night filled with insights, resources and opportunities to build connections!
