Get Involved with CTN’s New Family Engagement Forum

CTN's new Family Engagement Forum connects CTN families and alumni while sharing insights that contribute to meaningful change for CTN and those we serve.

One of CTN’s Strategic Directions is keeping, ‘People at the centre of what we do’, by providing opportunities for families to shape their experiences with the network and build a sense of community.

Our new Family Engagement Forum (FEF) is your chance to connect with other CTN families and alumni, while sharing insights that contribute to meaningful change for CTN and those we serve.

We know that families and alumni are busy, but still want to contribute to the improvement of CTN services and provide feedback. The FEF provides the opportunity to do just that! By attending the FEF, CTN family members and alumni (over the age of 18) will be able to:

  • Share their experiences and support meaningful change.
  • Have a collaborative, inclusive and safe space to share their thoughts and have a discussion.
  • Learn more about CTN news, events, engagement opportunities and other relevant topics.
  • Make a difference in the lives of kids and youth with disabilities and developmental needs.
  • Attend virtually over Zoom in the comfort of their own space.

Our first forum will take place on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom. Topics covered at the Forum will include:

  • An overview and introduction of the Family Engagement Forum
  • Introduction to CTN’s Child and Family Wellness Program
  • Information on CTN’s child and family events

If you are a CTN family member or alumni (over the age of 18) and want to join us, register here. We can’t wait to connect and learn from you all!

If you have any questions, please contact ctnfamilyengagement@ctnsy.ca.
