CTN's family survey has been extended to May 12th! With this important feedback from CTN families, we are beginning the next phase in our equity, diversity, inclusion, Indigeneity and accessibility journey.

This survey is specific to three areas of service at CTN.  Have you:

1. Attended a CTN event - Sibshops, Try it Events (skating, sledge hockey, wheelchair basketball, adapted paddling), Holiday Celebrations, Bowling, Mini-golf, Cineplex Movies, Fun in the Sun Event, etc.?  
2. Borrowed equipment through the loan program (adapted bikes, sledges, Hippocampe, etc.)?  
3. Or talked with CTN intake or service navigation? This team connects with youth and families to explore their strengths and needs, and makes referrals and links to appropriate programs and services.

If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then this survey is for you!

Your participation helps to identify inequities and remove systemic barriers that impede full participation, access and opportunity for kids, youth and families. Partnering with clients and families throughout this process will help with the creation of an action plan for CTN to build a more equity-positive environment.
