CTN will be upgrading its current version of the shared electronic record (GoldCare) to a web-based version called CloudCare 2.0 on April 30th from 4:30 p.m. until Monday, May 3rd at 8 a.m. Users will be unable to access the shared electronic record during this downtime. Access to CloudCare 2.0 allows your child’s team to access client information to support your needs in their home school and community from any device where they have internet access.
CloudCare 2.0 has the same robust privacy and security features as our current version. Client information will continue to be stored in a secure server, not in a cloud environment. CTN’s goal is to make sure that this transition happens seamlessly with minimal disruption. There is no action required from parents/guardians regarding this upgrade.
