CTN caregivers are invited to join the Child and Family Wellness Program for group walks in local CTN communities. Enjoy gentle movement, fresh air and conversation at a comfortable pace while building local connections and supporting your well-being. Each session includes a simple activity focused on self-care, connection and wellness. Walks will take place rain or shine. Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m.
