Who should attend?    Youth

 
Get ready for a positive & empowering 6-week program. This program provides a fun, energetic, & welcoming environment where participants will explore mental wellness, build skills for navigating friendships & peer relationships, develop positive coping strategies, practice self-care & learn about interpersonal boundaries.
