Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Caregivers of children or adults with a developmental disability like autism. Caregivers who have previously taken ACT for Caregivers with YSSN are also welcome to attend. This is a mandatory Information Session for caregivers wishing to participate in our ‘condensed’ ACT for Caregivers session running July 7th, 14th and 21st. ACT teaches us how to become more psychologically flexible and helps us develop a new relationship with our experiences. We learn to become more open and live more consistently with who and what we care about. Date: Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 Time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. For more information and to register for the event, please click here.
