Research shows that being in nature 🌳 significantly improves overall health and well-being.💚 Our Wellness in the Woods program helps to promote physical activity in nature, or “green exercise,” to improve both physical and mental health. We are hosting two walks this season in the Simcoe County, with the option to stay after each walk to socialize and connect with other CTN families. Date: Friday, June 26th, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Note: PA Day in Simcoe County and York Region For more information and to register for the event, click here.
Children's Treatment Network kids, youth and their families are invited to join us for accessible wellness walks in the woods
