Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers|Children|Youth
Children's Treatment Network kids, youth and their families are invited to join us for accessible wellness walks in the woods
Research shows that being in nature significantly improves overall health and well-being. Our wellness in the woods program helps to promote physical activity in nature, or “green exercise,” to improve both physical and mental health. We are hosting three walks this season in the York Regional Forest, with the option to stay after each walk to socialize and connect with other CTN families.
