Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Starting the Journey is YSSN’s monthly chat group for caregivers of small children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with a developmental disability (such as autism). Led by members of our Family Peer Mentor and Developmental Services Access teams, we meet on the last Wednesday of each month. This is a judgement-free space to talk about your experiences and feelings dealing with your child’s diagnosis, ask questions and share resources.
