Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers|Service Provider
Many parents are raising children, youth, or other family members with complex needs alone or with minimal support, as partners work full-time to provide financially. Without extended family or friends to help, isolation and stress can increase. This workshop will provide an opportunity to take (a) step back and look at possible creative ways to help ourselves, when we feel we're working "in a vacuum" and (b) how to use whatever we have to make your situation better for you and your family. Date: Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. For more information and to register for the event, please click here.
This workshop offers parents a supportive space to explore creative coping strategies for parenting in isolation or with minimal support and utilize available resources to improve their well-being and family life.
