Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
This 90-minute webinar is intended for caregivers who would like to learn about de-escalation strategies to use when supporting children, youth, and family members in distress. Caregivers will be provided with an overview of the verbal and non-verbal strategies taught in the Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI-CPI) training program. Note: this is an informative workshop only and does not provide certification to parents.
