Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Come join members of the Community Engagement and Well Being Team from York Regional Police as they discuss topics on the Vulnerable Person Registry; strategies to address exit seeking behaviour Project Lifesaver; the role of mental health teams; and how officers respond to mental health calls in our community. This workshop is for families with children/youth with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and are registered with The Ontario Autism Program (OAP). We also invite caregivers and professionals who are interested in learning more.
