Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Learn how to positively support your child’s journey with gender and sexuality. This workshop is geared towards parents and caregivers of 2SLGBTQ+ Autistic youth, 18 years and younger, who want to learn best practices for supporting their child. Participants will learn about the concept of “letting in” – a reframing of “coming out.” Participants will also get strategies for supporting their child’s letting in journey, including how to respond when a child shares their gender and/or sexual identity, and tactics for helping their child navigate discussions with others in their life.
