Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
This educational and research-based workshop is open to parents and caregivers of Autistic children 18 years and younger. Participants will learn strategies and tools to help their child understand an Autism diagnosis using a strengths-based approach. This workshop incorporates research from Dr. Peter Vermeulen, author, lecturer and internationally recognized leader in Autism research. Learn how to help your child or teen understand their Autism diagnosis. Answering questions related to an Autism diagnosis can be difficult, life-long work. But it’s also an opportunity for parents and caregivers to help their child or teen better understand themselves.
