Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Are you waiting for OAP funding, have questions about what ABA is and why it is beneficial, wondering what you can do at home while you wait for therapy? This workshop provides an introduction to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and assessment, a general outline of ABA (e.g. what is ABA, why is ABA useful, what is behaviour? etc.). Also covers why and how assessments are conducted before formulating interventions. This workshop is for parents/caregivers with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and are registered with The Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
