This presentation provides information based on the idea that sleep is a skill and issues with sleep can be addressed utilizing principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Participants will learn about what “good” sleep looks like, how sleep issues and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are related, how challenges with sleep are assessed, and different strategies to encourage good sleep hygiene. Two evidence-based sleep treatments authored by Dr. Hanley are also reviewed. Event Details: Tuesday, February 13, 2024 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Register for this event here.
