This adapted program focuses on the development of fine and gross motor skills and cooperation through a variety of sports and active games in the Youth Centre Gymnasium. Each participant will partake in meaningful activities that focus on inclusive fitness, safety, and fun in an interactive and adapted environment. 8 week session.
