Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers|Youth
Transitioning Together is an eight-week online program to help teenagers with ASD, and their parent(s), plan their future after secondary school. This program teaches skills to improve the transition from youth services and supports to the adult service sector across all levels of functioning such as goal setting, problem solving, transition planning and self-advocacy.
