Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
This monthly group is for parents and family caregivers of children six and under, who have a diagnosis of autism. The group is facilitated by YSSN’s Family Peer Mentors, who have felt all the feelings and are ready to listen and share. Kinark’s free Transition to Adulthood sessions help to educate parents and caregivers on the services and supports available once their child turns 18.

Most parents and caregivers view safety as a significant concern. Parents of children with ASD often have additional issues to consider when addressing the safety concerns of their children.
