The elementary grades are crucial learning stages to establish students’ ability to prepare for academic life and is a strong predictor of future academic success. This 2 part workshop will: Look at what essential skills are needed for academic learning and independence at school. We will explore strategies aiming to improve literacy/academic learning, advanced language proficiency, social-emotional development, and teamwork competence.
