Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
From tips and tricks to troubleshooting challenges, this workshop uses principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support parents/caregivers, registered with the Ontario Autism Program, in establishing a toileting routine that fits their child and youth’s unique needs. This workshop aims to guide parents/caregivers to further develop their skills and knowledge in teaching toileting routines. Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Register Cost: there is no cost to participate Flush it Out: Strategies to Teach Toileting Routines will be delivered live via Zoom for Professionals and the following is required to participate: • Mobile Device, Tablet or Computer • An internet connection • Speakers and a microphone • A webcam Please Note: Registration does not guarantee a space in this webinar. To be eligible, confirmation of OAP registration and completion of a Kerry’s Place Autism Services’ intake meeting and additional documentation may be required to attend. Foundational Family Services are available to persons under the age of 18, and their families, registered with the Ontario Autism Program. These services assist families in supporting their child’s learning and development. This 2½-hour workshop teaches parents and caregivers strategies and tools to help their children and youth understand their diagnosis, using a strengths-based approach.
