The Journey to Kindergarten: Transitions-based tips and resources for parents and caregivers of kids with disabilities Please join us for a free virtual workshop facilitated by Holland Bloorview, the Toronto District School Board and ConnectABILITY.ca. Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Register We will share suggestions, lived experiences and resources for your home and community that can support your family’s upcoming transition to kindergarten. The webinar will end with a Q&A and live demonstration of resources and practical ideas to prepare for school. This event will take place on Zoom. Please register in advance using the link provided on the flyer. This is an option between two sessions: 1 - 2:30 pm or 6:30 - 8:00 pm
