Who should attend? Parents and Caregivers
Finding ways to balance home responsibilities and virtual learning can be challenging. This workshop is designed to increase caregiver confidence when supporting their child and youth through the transition back to virtual learning. Parents and caregivers will leave this workshop with knowledge about the types of transitions involved in virtual learning, ways the home environment can be structured to support virtual learning, as well as tips and tricks to support children and youth during virtual learning. Monday, October 25th, 2021 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Register This Foundational Family Service is intended for parents and caregivers of children and youth, aged 0-17, who are registered in the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and are, or will be, experiencing a transition to in-person learning. This Foundational Family Service workshop is led by an Autism Consultant or a Behaviour Therapist. This workshop will be delivered live via Zoom, and the following is required to participate:
