As families grow older, lifestyles change. Maintaining the caregiver role may look different when caring for a person with ASD. Connect with others to find support for long term dependence. Brainstorm strategies that allow you to take more time for yourself, this group is a great reminder on the importance of self-care. Monday, May 31, 2021 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Register The Caregiver e-Connect is facilitated by Autism Consultants over Zoom. Registering on My Community Hub does not guarantee a spot in this group. Families are required to complete an intake with Kerry’s Place in order to participate. A staff member will contact you to complete the intake. As this program is run over Zoom, a telehealth consent form must be completed prior to being given the login information. Caregiver eConnect will be delivered live via Zoom and the following is required to participate: • Mobile Device, Tablet or Computer • An internet connection • Speakers and a microphone • A webcam Ratio: 25 participants and 2 staff Cost: there is no cost to participate
