Kerry's Place - (FFS) You2 - A Support Group For Teenage Siblings - Online

About event:

You2 is an online group, for adolescents aged 13-17, with a sibling who has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This group will create a space for the sibling to develop and build on their leadership skills.

This group strives to provide siblings with a safe space to express their feelings, learn more about ASD, learn about the way they can positively support their sibling, and to meet and connect with others who may share common experiences.

Tuesdays, May 4, 11, & 18, 2021
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

You2 will be delivered live via Zoom and the following is required to participate:

• Mobile Device, Tablet or Computer
• An internet connection
• Speakers and a microphone
• A webcam

Ratio: 12 participants and 2 staff
Cost: there is no cost to participate

Please Note: Registration does not guarantee a space in this webinar. To be eligible, confirmation of OAP registration, completion of a Kerry’s Place Autism Services intake meeting and consent forms will be required.

Please note: Foundational Family Services (FFS) are available to persons under the age of 18, and their families, registered with the Ontario Autism Program. These services assist families in supporting their child’s learning and development.
