Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 6:00p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Register The Caregiver e-Connect is facilitated by Autism Consultants over Zoom. Registering on My Community Hub does not guarantee a spot in this group. Families are required to complete an intake with Kerry’s Place in order to participate. A staff member will contact you to complete the intake. As this program is run over Zoom, a telehealth consent form must be completed prior to being given the login information.
